I'm a regular, post pandemic. Vancouver has a lot of great ramen choice, but Taishoken is the best in the city. The eggs are just right. The broth is made is care.

The dipping ramen is the showcase. Deep intense savory flavors. The dip sticks perfectly to the noodles. It's decadent. The price point is great too.

Taishoken obsesses over their dishes and it shows.

Ordered the Kimchi Chashu with extra noodles. Such a delicious lunch, with the fiery spicyness of a good kimchi. Polite and great service; good price for the meal. Highly recommend.

Taishoken Ramen is the best ramen in Vancouver. full stop. Try the Dipping Ramen Experience. It's fantastic.
